Bille (ビレ, Bire) is a member of the Heil-Ly Family.[1]

Appearance[]

Bille is a young man with large eyes, bushy hair with shaved sides. He wears a jacket and pants.

Personality[]

Bille seems easygoing, casually whistling when he cuts Zakuro's neck. Like many members of the Heil-Ly Family, he has sadistic tendencies and no qualms about killing people.[2]

Plot[]

Succession Contest arc[]

Bille is seen with the other Heil-Ly members as Morena uses her Contagion on them one at a time and explains how her Nen ability works.[1]

When Hinrigh, Zakuro, and Lynch reach Tier 3 to look for Hisoka and Morena, Bille sneaks up behind Zakuro slashes his neck with a small knife. Perigord kicks Lynch in the midsection as Bille playfully whistles. Perigord then stands over Lynch and tells her to answer his questions, but Lynch points out that he should help his friend. Perigord turns out to see Bille wrapped in blood coming from Zakuro’s wound as Zakuro lifts Bille up into the air and slams him into the floor, rendering him unconscious. After Lynch knocks Perigord unconscious, Hinrigh returns and explains that the two Mafia members are considered civilians since the Heil-Ly bypassed the Justice Bureau.[2]

Chap 393 - Several Heil-Ly members

Bille amongst the members who witnessed Luini's death

In the Heil-Ly's hideout, several members look at the bottom half of Luini's corpse up against a nearby wall. A construction worker named Daemon (level 20) points out how much Luini's loss will affect them since he allowed them to hunt for prey from the hideout. A professional gamer named Gelato (level 19) adds how dangerous it will be now since the military is on high alert. Perigord (an investigator's assistant and level 18) suggests that someone should recreate Luini's ability. Bille (an arcade employee and level 20) says that he has already decided on his ability. Perigord reminds them that Morena said everyone has an innate type, confident that Luini was an Emitter. Bille replies that an Emitter needs to do the job, but Gelato points out that they need to figure out how to raise their levels so they can reach level 21. Matvere says he wants to be an Emitter but can't do this. An Emitter and human trafficker named Voconte (level 26) suggests using his "door" ability to catch prey that wander into the trap, adding that they have ways to reel them in.[3]

Chap 394 - Bille learns that he's a Conjurer

Bille frustrated over learning that he's a Conjurer

After being teleported to the Heil-Ly's hideout, Tassi is left confused when he finds himself standing in front of a closed door. Bille suddenly appears behind him and stabs him in the neck with a small knife, celebrating the fact that he reached level 21. Three other members congratulate him as Matvere hands him a cup to perform the Water Divination test and say that he was a Transmuter. Bille hopes to be an Emitter, but is left disappointed when he turns out to be a Conjurer. Gelato points out that there seem to be a lot of left-handed Conjurers.[4]

Continuing to review the camcorder footage, Hinrigh confirms that the Heil-Ly are using teleportation as he sees Bille and Perigord using the only hallway to enter the standard cabins and somehow entering again hours later from a different direction. Although he considers the possibility of secret passageways, he is confident that they are using a Nen ability to access their hideout.[5]
