Synopsis[]
Kazsule going through the steps for how to obtain the rarest items
When the group arrives in Soufrabi, Kazsule explains the usual steps to acquire SS-rank items, which are finding an NPC with information regarding the card in question, doing a task in exchange for the information, and then finding out whether the information received is true or not (and finally doing a quest to acquire the item). After the group splits up, Killua tells Gon and Biscuit that they will start from the edge of town, stressing that finding the crucial information could take several weeks. But surprising Killua, Goreinu says that he's found someone and leads them to an older NPC, but the man simply tells them to stop looking for the "Plot of Bleach" and warns that they are asking to get killed. The other members talk to various NPCs, who give similar warnings. Nick Cue notes that they checked the town months ago, but didn't receive any clues. Manheim guesses that it might be triggered at a certain point during the year.
Eventually, Kazsule and the others come across a female NPC who asks for help. She tells them that "Plot of Beach" is the entrance to Poseidon's Cavern, which is said to hold an enormous treasure. Attracted by it, a group of fifteen pirates came to the town and now run things: Razor and his 14 Devils. She explains that they tortured and killed fishermen who knew about the secret, including her father and brother. She reveals that her brother told her the location before he died, promising to tell them if they can drive the pirates out of the town.
The others wonder why the girl wouldn't talk to them before, and Amana guesses that it was triggered by the number of players they have, which is the same as the fifteen pirates. Souheil asks how the NPCs would know that, and Killua says that it must have been the use of an "Accompany" card. They conclude that the event trigger is using "Accompany" on a group of 15 or more players to travel to Soufrabi. Yabibi and Montreux are surprised and excited, while Goreinu seems troubled by the situation. Killua hears his comment about it being cruel and asks him about it, but Goreinu simply waves it off, leaving him puzzled. Kazsule finally asks the female NPC where they can find the pirates.
Bopobo challenging the players
The group enters an abandoned bar where three people are drinking and another is standing behind the counter. The largest of them asks the group who they are and says that it's a private party, but Kazsule replies that they have come to talk, then asking if they can leave the town. Taken aback at first, the pirates burst out laughing and say that they haven't heard that line in a while, warning them that all those people ended up as fish food. The large pirate becomes serious and approaches the group, saying that even though he could squash them right now, his captain makes the decisions. He tells them that words won't work and begins to pour alcohol in a circle around himself, using a lighter to ignite it. He makes a deal with the group: if they can force him outside the ring, he will take them to his captain.
