Three-Way Struggle: Part 12 (
Summary[]
Genthru puts away his book and praises Gon's plan involving gasoline, admitting that he can no longer use Little Flower. However, he reveals that he has another ability that allows him to place a bomb on his target's body by saying "the Bomber" and touching them. He further explains the ability to Gon and says that it's ten times stronger than Little Flower, assuring Gon that his Nen won't be able to protect him. As Gon continues to listen, Genthru adds that he has to explain the rules to his target if he wants to activate the ability. He finally says that he's ready and reminds Gon that all he has to do is touch him and say the keyword, which will cause the bomb to start counting down.
As Genthru tells Gon to run if he can, Gon struggles to talk but begins charging up Rock, saying to himself that he's the one who's ready. Genthru is again taken aback by the spike in aura and wonders if Gon is using it to keep him at a distance. Gon finishes his chant and unleashes the strike right toward the ground, causing a massive pit to form as the two fall to the bottom. Genthru looks up and sees that it's too high to climb out, but assures himself that Gon can't either and wonders if Gon is the one in more trouble.
After Genthru looks back down and sees that Gon is missing, Gon calls his name and is seen standing inside a tunnel in the side of the pit. He throws a card up into the air and says "one minute" before disappearing into the tunnel. The card suddenly reverts to an enormous rock that begins falling toward Genthru, who looks up in disbelief and quickly hurries into the tunnel. As Genthru tries to catch his breath, Gon stands in front of him and begins charging up Rock. Although Genthru desperately says that he surrenders, Gon unleashes the attack right into his midsection. Genthru coughs up a considerable amount of blood and falls unconscious, with Gon catching his breath and yelling out "osu" after his victory.
Gon drags the unconscious Genthru out through the tunnel and uses "Contact" on Killua, telling him that he had to sacrifice his left hand. Killua says that he can't understand what he's saying, and Biscuit guesses that Genthru crushed his throat. Tied up along with Sub and Bara, Genthru wakes up and is ordered to give back all the cards he stole. He agrees to do so on the condition that they use "Angel's Breath" to heal Bara, adding that he has a "Clone" card. Killua tells him that that was their plan from the start, and Biscuit adds that they prepared six "Clone" cards for all of them. Genthru doesn't say anything in reply and opens his book.
