Summary[]

Chap 182 - The angel healing Gon's injuries

The angel healing Gon's injuries

Biscuit activates "Angel's Breath" and the summoned angel asks what they wish from her. Killua speaks up and first asks if she can heal Gon's hands and throat, but then tells her just to fix all his injuries. The angel replies that it can easily be done, sending magical dust all around Gon and instantly healing him. As the angel says goodbye and vanishes, Gon celebrates and Biscuit gives him the other duplicate card. After Gon activates it and has the angel heal Bara, Genthru makes sure that he's okay. Biscuit tells Killua that he will be healed next and says to Genthru that she will use his book.

With "Angel's Breath" as the only card in his book, Biscuit uses "Clone" on Genthru, but it's announced that "Angel's Breath" is maxed out and that the "Clone" card will be destroyed. As the card vanishes in her hand, Biscuit panics and tells Killua that she did everything exactly as he said, asking him if it's her fault. Killua replies that Goreinu must have duplicated his "Voucher" with "Clone" or "Mimic," which caused both "Voucher" cards to turn into "Angel's Breath" cards once they used them.

Chap 182 - Goreinu against using Angel's Breath to heal the Bombers

Goreinu against using "Angel's Breath" to heal the Bombers

Just then, Goreinu uses "Contact" on Gon and recognizes that they beat the three Bombers. Killua asks if he was watching them, and Goreinu replies that he has been checking their cards. Gon asks if he wants to meet them, and Goreinu replies that that was his plan, adding that he only has a "Return" card and asking them what the closest town is. After meeting up with them, Goreinu stands over the Bombers and wonders why Gon's group wants to waste an "Angel's Breath" on them. Genthru continues to cough from his injuries, and Goreinu reminds Gon's team that many players have died at the Bombers' hands. He tells them that he won't trade if they plan to use the card on them, but Killua asks if he would use it on him. Goreinu says that of course he would, even offering to give the card to him for free.

Killua then asks Goreinu if he would hand over card even after learning that he has killed more people than the Bombers. He continues by saying that while everyone comes to Greed Island prepared to risk their lives (though it doesn't make murder okay), he never allowed the people he killed to make that choice. He asks if that makes him worse, but Goreinu assures Killua that he isn't like the Bombers. The two go back and forth, and Biscuit jumps in to say that she wouldn't let them die just because she doesn't like them. Goreinu tries to clarify what he means, but Biscuit then stresses that while a duel is life or death, things change once the fight is over.

Gon adds that he won't forgive them for killing so many players, but tells Goreinu that the three of them decided before the battle to have six "Clone" cards ready. He says that he doesn't remember how they reached that decision, but they all agreed to use "Angel's Breath" on anyone that got injured. He tells Goreinu that he can understand his feelings, but he refuses to break the agreement they made. As Gon apologizes to Killua and asks if he can wait, Killua says that he is completely fine with having his hands heal on their own. Gon then apologizes to Genthru and says that since they can't use "Clone" anymore, there is only one "Angel's Breath" left.

Goreinu can't believe that they plan to use their original copy, and Sub tells them to use it on Genthru, saying that he doesn't even feel nauseous or dizzy. As Genthru lies in shock beside him, Sub adds that his only injury is a big bump on his head. Gon activates the card and asks the angel to heal Genthru, with Goreinu left stunned by Gon's decision. As the three prepare to head to Masadora, Goreinu quickly tells them to wait and declares that they can have his "Angel's Breath" card. Gon asks him if he's sure, and Goreinu replies that he planned to give it to them even before he arrived. He then tells the group that he plans to give them all the cards—a decision that Tsezguerra and the others agreed to after quitting the game.

As Killua looks at his hands healed by "Angel's Breath," Gon realizes that Battera called off the arrangement, and Goreinu says that he plans to pay out 70% of the reward money since he breached the contract. He tells them that he was able to get four billion, even though he tried to get more, and Biscuit orders him to share some of it. Goreinu says that the four of them are obviously splitting it, with each getting one billion. The three are left speechless, and Goreinu says that it was only by teaming up with them that he was able to earn it. As Biscuit begins to sob and praise Goreinu, Gon and Killua say that they really didn't do much to deserve it. Biscuit yells at the two and says that they would be crazy to refuse their shares, offering to take them if they won't.

After Goreinu says that they can decide how to split their three billion among themselves, he tells them that he will give them all the cards he has as long as they make sure to clear the game. Gon and Killua both agree, and Goreinu says that they will now have 99 specified slot cards, with only No. 000 left. He wonders what will happen when someone gets 99 cards and tells them that every player is eager to find out. Gon puts one card at a time into his book and after inserting the last card ("Panda Maid"), Eta makes an announcement to all the players on the island, telling them that someone has collected 99 specified slot cards. She says that a quiz contest consisting of 100 questions about the cards will be held in ten minutes, revealing that the player with the most correct answers will receive the final card, "Ruler's Blessing."

As the players are told to wait with their books open, Killua guesses that the questions are about the specified slot cards in order to prevent players who took cards by force from being able to answer them correctly. He also guesses that they can answer 70-80% correctly, giving them the best chance among all the players since Tsezguerra is no longer in the game. Gon suddenly senses something, and they all see someone rocketing toward them. As they spot several more in the sky, the players land all around and have them surrounded.
