6: Part 10 (6-(10), Roku (10)) is the 253rd chapter of the Hunter × Hunter manga, written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi.
Synopsis
Morel's confidence with Deep Purple
Leol leads Morel to an underground chapel and taunts him for not knowing his way around, saying that the place is used as a bomb shelter during emergencies and that it's a great place for him to die violently. But he says that he's an atheist so Morel will have to perform his own last rites. Morel finds his optimism amusing, but remains confident in his ability, blowing large rings of smoke all around himself. But Leol is unfazed and says that Cheetu told him that Morel could use his smoke in a variety of ways. Even after being led into a trap, Morel stays confident and knows that someone like Leol is bound to reveal his ability, convinced that he hasn't met anyone with an ability more flexible than Deep Purple.
As his aura swells around him, Leol suddenly manifests his Rental Pod, and Morel is nervous with excitement, describing the moment someone showcases their ability as addicting. He believes that it's smarter to attack before the enemy shows their ability, but says it's not how a man fights. Leol puts in a pair of earbuds, and Morel asks him if he's purposely cutting off one of his senses. Leol asks Morel if he's ever heard of a band called Black Planet, adding that he finds their second album to be the coolest and that finishing the 12 songs makes him feel like he's read a good novel. Leol rips up the receipt after it's printed, saying to himself that the best thing about the album is the fact that it's exactly 60 minutes long (the same length of time he can rent an ability). Morel begrudgingly agrees with him, saying to himself that he has a hard time-fighting people with the same tastes as his.
Leol using Inamura
Leol's aura swells even more around him, and he manifests a small trident harpoon in his right hand and a surfboard in his left, leaving Morel stunned. Called Inamura, the ability can only be activated on rainy days, and all of a sudden a flood of water breaks down the double doors as Leol uses the surfboard to ride the waves. Proudly announcing that Morel's smoke will be swallowed up, Leol charges toward a slowed Morel and wounds him across the chest with his board. Morel recovers from the strike and becomes extremely irate, yelling out that the ability belongs to his friend. He quickly forms a boat out of smoke to stand on and uses his pipe to sever the wave Leol was riding on. But the Chimera Ant easily recovers as he continues to evade Morel's swipes.
With Morel still livid, Leol suddenly forms a vortex of waves, declaring that this move, Tornave, is his very own. The whirlpool's current immobilizes and disorients Morel, and Leol rises above the water, preparing to throw the harpoon down into the whirlpool at sonic speed. But Leol is stunned when he doesn't spot Morel inside, saying it should be impossible to escape the current. Morel pops up elsewhere and says he just exhaled to escape, boasting that he has the greatest lung capacity in the world. Leol realizes that Morel used his breath to propel himself outside the whirlpool's rotation. Morel confidently readies his pipe and says that it's his turn.
