Sealed Area (密室, Misshitsu) is the 282nd chapter of the Hunter × Hunter manga, written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi.
Synopsis
As Bloster continues to struggle inside the elevator, unaware of the code needed, Ikalgo carefully thinks through his two choices once the elevator locks and fills with sleeping gas: (1) leave Bloster and head back up through the freight entrance, leaving him trapped even after he wakes up, but taking the risk of someone finding him there; or (2) move the unconscious Bloster to the warehouse left open, trapping him there since a key code is required once the door is shut. He hesitates for a moment, but realizes that his only option is to kill Bloster while he's knocked out, planning to manipulate his corpse afterward. As he forms his Fleadom, it's stated that even though Living Dead Dolls allows him to control corpses, Ikalgo has never taken a life before.
Bloster destroying the elevator door
He realizes that the surveillance monitor room has a feed from the camera in the elevator as well as various controls, and quickly heads there while Bloster is warned he has 30 seconds left to enter the correct code. As Ikalgo inputs the code to enter the surveillance room, Bloster blasts through the elevator door and looks for another exit, startling Ikalgo as he goes inside the room and begins watching the monitors. He tries to consider other options, but again realizes that letting Bloster return upstairs will only limit his own movement, especially if he disguises himself as Flutter again. He quickly shuts the bulkhead behind the truck, startling Bloster as he fires two shots at it, but to no avail. The elevator begins to emit sleeping gas, spilling out into the corridor. Bloster starts to walk down another corridor to avoid the gas, and Ikalgo takes his chance to seal him in, but Bloster anticipates the trap, using two shots to propel himself back out before the bulkhead closes.
With Bloster now aware that someone is watching him, Ikalgo panics upon realizing that there's still a way for him to escape the gas, devising a plan before Bloster himself realizes it. Using the supplies available to him in the surveillance room, Ikalgo works on constructing something as Bloster keeps trying to shoot his way through the bulkhead, but again to no avail. Bloster realizes that the controls for the bulkhead are in the surveillance room, and begins to head there. He remembers that he still has to destroy one of them to make it back upstairs, but seems to figure out a way to escape without needing to do so. But right then, the bulkhead behind him begins to open, and a large tank moves forward, the bulkhead closing behind it. Bloster can't fathom that the person in the tank would block their own route of escape, so he assumes there are three people involved, one still watching from the surveillance room. As Bloster threatens to take the one in the tank and tear him to shreds, Ikalgo steels himself for the coming showdown.
