Eliza (エリザ, Eriza) is one of Neon Nostrade's personal attendants. She was in a romantic relationship with Squala, a member of Neon's longtime bodyguards, until he was killed by the Phantom Troupe member, Nobunaga.

Eliza is a woman who always seen wearing a dark kimono and has long, wavy, violet hair and purple eyes. She's almost always seen following and accompanying Neon.

Personality

Eliza is a very calm and patient person. Thought she does become slightly agitated at Neon, she does seem to care for her.

Plot

Yorknew City arc

Eliza is first introduced when she stood beside Dalzollene whom talked through a TV screen to potential the candidates for the position to be a bodyguard for Neon. When Kurapika, Melody, Baise, and Basho all collected the necessary items to be qualified to become Neon's Bodyguards. She and another unnamed maid took away the items.

She is later shown again playing a card game with Neon and having fun with her. Later after Neon's temper tantrum, she and another attendant, cleans up the mess she left behind while Dalzollene is on the phone with her father Light Nostrade. Soon afterward after the it was reported that the items to the Underground Auction have been stolen by some Unknown assailants, Squala orders Eliza and the other attendant to stay behind with Neon and let no one try and get to her.

When Neon was at Ringon Airport Eliza and the other unnamed maid, along with Melody and Basho she's seen assisting Neon with her shopping spree and is later seen talking with Neon while they wait for the next plane out of the airport. After Neon said she needed to use the restroom and was taking too long, Eliza goes into the restroom to go look for her, only to find she's gone missing.

After the events of the Underground Auction occurred Eliza with Neon, Basho, Melody, and the other attendant are out shopping while Squala is back at the Hotel Beitacle guarding the Scarlet Eyes with his dogs. It's found out that Eliza has a breakdown when she hears the news of Squala's death. This moved Neon so much that she wanted to leave Yorknew City immediately.
