Summary[]
Driven by fear of Killua’s abilities, Sadaso withdraws from the tournament, though not without first warning Riehlvelt to proceed with caution. Undeterred, Riehlvelt remains intent on employing underhanded tactics, fixated on his ambition to ascend as a Floor Master. Suddenly, Killua steps from the shadows, his gaze cold and piercing, delivering a quiet, menacing warning to both Riehlvelt and Gido, they had better play nice.
Meanwhile, Gon secures his first victory on the 200th floor as Sadaso forfeits by default. With their matches against Riehlvelt and Gido fast approaching, Gon and Killua double down on their training, sharpening their skills for the challenges that lie ahead.
Gon and Gido's rematch begins, with Gon wielding his father's fishing rod. He lunges toward his opponent, but Gido anticipates his move, deploying his Tornado Top to thwart Gon's advance, quickly following up with Shotgun Blues. Utilizing Ren, Gon repels Gido's assault and steadies himself with his fishing pole. Realizing Gon's strategy to prevent him from spinning, Gido braces himself. Gon releases the fishing rod and targets his opponent. For a brief moment, Gido laughs, believing Gon has missed, but Gon hooks the fishing rod onto one of the flagstones within the ring and launches it upward, propelling Gido into the air. Gido is left vulnerable as Gon delivers a decisive strike, shattering his prosthetic leg. In this display of strategy and strength, Gon claims his second victory.
Following the match, Killua squares off against Riehlvelt. He leaps into the air, aiming to strike, but just before impact, Riehlvelt activates his Aura Burst, deftly evading the blow. Killua shrugs off the missed opportunity, attributing it to his excessive leap. Riehlvelt then reveals his "Twin Snake" weapon and launches a rapid series of attacks. Yet, Killua demonstrates his exceptional reflexes by skillfully catching both whips.
In response, Riehlvelt presses a series of buttons, releasing a torrent of electricity toward Killua with his ability, the "Thunder Snake." However, due to his rigorous training in his youth, Killua withstands the electrical assault. While Killua possesses a resistance to electricity, he concedes that the sensation of being electrocuted remains undeniably painful. Seizing the opportunity, he hurls Riehlvelt into the air, eliciting a desperate cry for mercy. Killua acquiesces, catching Riehlvelt mid-descent while still wielding the "Thunder Snake." In a triumphant display of skill, Killua secures his second victory.
After a few days, the match between Killua and Gido is set to take place, but Gido cannot compete due to the injuries he sustained in his battle with Gon. In the subsequent fight, Gon faces Riehlvelt, who swiftly brandishes his weapons. Demonstrating his agility, Gon lifts a nearby flagstone and propels it toward him. Riehlvelt evades the attack using his Aura Burst, but Gon quickly anticipates this tactic, intercepting him and seizing the "Twin Snake." He wraps it tightly around Riehlvelt's neck, threatening to activate the switch. Overcome with fear, Riehlvelt succumbs to unconsciousness, granting Gon a decisive victory.
After the match, Gon encounters Hisoka, who expresses admiration for his remarkable progress and agrees to engage in a duel during their next meeting.
