Background

It was originally part of the V5 before the Kakin Empire joined them and they became the V6.

In the past, the Federation of Ochima went to the Dark Continent southeast of Lake Mobius, looking for Nitro Rice. 99% fell prey to Hellbell before they even got to the swamps where the rice grows. Only eleven returned alive.
