The Gordeau Desert (ゴルドー砂漠, Gorudō Sabaku) is located in the outskirts of Yorknew City.[1]
Plot

After their first attack on the Mafia's underground auction, the Phantom Troupe is chased down and confronted here.[1]Afterwards, a large number of Mafia gangsters are slaughtered by Uvogin,[1] including four Shadow Beasts.[2] As Uvogin is captured, Shizuku, Machi, Shalnark, Feitan, Nobunaga Hazama and Franklin chase him right before battling the remaining Shadow Beasts[2] and killing them.[3] The next evening, Uvogin is killed by Kurapika in a duel and buried here.[4]
