Summary[]
When used, this card turns into a random non-spell card that has not exceeded its conversion limit, making it an easy way to obtain high-ranked or unknown cards. Although the odds of getting the desired card are quite slim, they can be improved by rolling a Risky Dice before casting the spell. However, this strategy can generate only cards up to Rank A, thus preventing the caster from acquiring S-Rank cards.

Trivia[]
- In Chapter 151, Killua suggested using "Lottery" in combination with a roll of the Risky Dice to get high-ranked cards.
- In the following chapter the Bombers use this very strategy in the hope of obtaining "Wild Luck Alexandrite", but fail repeatedly.
- Team Tsezguerra's "Patch of Forest" card was revealed in Chapter 160 to have been "cloned" from someone who got it through "Lottery".
- Despite the rarity of "Patch of Forest", the restriction to the "Lottery" and Risky Dice combo mentioned in Chapter 151 means that the caster did not use the Risky Dice.
