Manheim (マンヘイム, Manheimu) was a player in the game Greed Island. He was also a member of Team Asta and a member of Kazsule's Alliance.[1]

Appearance[]

Manheim was a portly man with short hair, a vertical line-goatee, and downward-angled eyebrows. He wore a long-sleeved shirt covered by a large t-shirt, a pair of baggy trousers, and a snapback hat which he wore in a reverse fashion.[1]

Personality[]

Manheim displayed a laid-back attitude, in stark contrast to Asta's hot-tempered personality.[1]

Background[]

Manheim and his other teammates were pretty advanced in the game, as they collected 71 specified slot cards by the time they decided to cooperate with Gon and Killua.[1]

Asta In Meeting About The Bomber

The alliance meeting

Manheim, a member of Team Asta, attends a meeting of fifteen players arranged by Kazsule to stop the Bombers from clearing the game. As the meeting escalates, Asta gets into a heated argument with a member of Gon's team, Killua. Manheim and his team member Amana stop the argument by offering two S-rank cards in exchange for information on the Bomber's abilities. When it's decided that the newly-formed alliance will look for "Plot of Beach", "Accompany" is used to transport the group to Soufrabi to find information on the card.[1]

Pirates And Guesses

The alliance confronts the Razor pirates

Arriving at Soufrabi, Kazsule instructs them how to acquire an SS-rank card, and the alliance members split up into small teams to go around the town to acquire information on the "Plot of Beach" card. A female NPC informs them that Razor and his fourteen devils, a group of pirates, rule over the city. She promises to tell them where the card is if they drive the pirates out of town. The alliance members then make their way to the pirates' base in the town and are challenged by the pirate Bopobo to a sumo match.[2] Killua manages to beat him, and the group is led to the pirates' lighthouse base, where they are challenged to a series of sports trials,[3] but they fail them all. Seeing that there's no possible way for the Bombers to collect the "Plot of Beach" card, Asta convinces most of the others to leave the alliance.[4]

Manheim's name is mentioned in Gon's binder.[5] After Gon and his group successfully defeat Razor and collect the rare card, they are contacted by Genthru, who mentions that Manheim and the rest of the alliance members are dead.[6]

Abilities & Powers[]

Gon's team estimated him to be too weak to defeat Razor's convicts, as turned out to be the case. Manheim could also not see the pirate boxer's teleporting uppercut.[4]

Nen[]

Due to being able to access Greed Island, Manheim was capable of utilizing Nen.[7]
