Halkenburg's ability[]
We can all agree that the bow ability was given to Halkenburg by hsi GSB; however, it's not clear if it is his own ability (he is using Hatsu) or if the GSB is telling him what to do and manipulating everyone's aura. Until we find out more, or until the ability is named, I suggest it be kept as the GSB's ability. What do you think? Martialmaniac (talk) 16:38, October 1, 2018 (UTC)
- Somehow the ability is his, but it seems to me that it was developed too quickly to be purely from Halkenburg. Keeping everything in one template is the best bet right now. --Gorgo616 (talk) 19:45, October 1, 2018 (UTC)
- After the latest chapter I began to reconsider... While I do still believe that the ability was granted to him by the GSB, the narrator and now Halkenburg himself said the ability was his. I don't even think he can see aura, but, even though the hints are not fully reliable, the characters do seem to believe that the ability is Halkenburg's. - Many things will be out of the norm in this arc. In the end the ability needs him to work/be used, so I would say that it is his (not as creator but as owner) and it should be separated. The considerations about the ability being granted by the GSB could be added before or inside the template. --Gorgo616 (talk) 22:59, October 26, 2018 (UTC)
- I think I agree. Even if the manga is trying to mislead us (I wonder if Halkenburg can even see aura), "falling for it" would still technically be the version with the least assumptions (though, as you know, I'm all for incorporating considerations of this type).
