Appearance

He is a large bald man, with a big nose and thick lips. He is seen wearing a light-colored suit.

Background

At one point in his life, he decided to take the Hunter Exam. He passed and eventually became an examiner for the exam itself.

Trick Tower's 3rd Examiner overseeing the examinees in the Trick Tower

The 3rd Examiner, along with Lippo and Togari, is at the beginning of the the Third Phase of the Hunter Exam. He and Lippo oversee the Hunter examinees, as they try and make their way through Trick Tower. The Examiner assists Lippo with the lottery drawing after 24 of the Hunter examinees manage to clear the Trick Tower.

13^th Hunter Chairman Election arc

After the death of Chairman Netero, he is seen at the Hunter Association taking part in the first round of the 13th Hunter Chairman Election.

The Trick Tower's 3rd Examiner has all the benefits granted by his status as a Hunter.

• In the 1999 anime adaptation the Trick Tower's 3rd Examiner has a full head of hair, while in 2011 anime adaptation he's bald. In the manga version he can briefly be seen with slight hair atop his head, then later appears to be bald.
