The Trick Tower's 3rd Examiner is a Pro-Hunter and one of the examiners who oversaw the 287th Hunter Exam.[1]
Appearance
He is a large bald man, with a big nose and thick lips. He is seen wearing a light dark suit.
Background
At one point in his life, he decided to take the Hunter Exam. He passed and eventually became an examiner for the exam itself.
Plot
Hunter Exam arc
The 3rd Examiner, along with Lippo and Togari, is at the beginning of the the Third Phase of the Hunter Exam. He and Lippo oversee the Hunter examinees, as they try and make their way through Trick Tower.[1][2] The Examiner assists Lippo with the lottery drawing after 24 of the Hunter examinees manage to clear the Trick Tower.[3][4]
13th Hunter Chairman Election arc
After the death of Chairman Netero, he is seen at the Hunter Association taking part in the first round of the 13th Hunter Chairman Election.[5]
Abilities & Powers
The Trick Tower's 3rd Examiner has all the benefits granted by his status as a Hunter.
Nen
As a Hunter, he is capable of utilizing Nen, and, also having been an examiner for the Hunter Exam, it is likely that he is proficient in it; although he has yet to display any usage of it.
