國際渡航許可廳長官（日語：国際渡航許可庁の長官）是《獵人》中的一個角色，是國際渡航許可廳的負責人，對於所有往暗黑大陸的渡航相關事宜特別了解。對於加入的職員認真教導，並認為這新人很有前途。
雖然未列在正式紀錄上，他年輕時曾經和比洋德一起到暗黑大陸之後生還。
目前不確定他在這次的渡航中，是否有登上B‧W1號上。
