国际渡航许可厅长官（日语：国际渡航许可庁の长官）是《猎人》中的一个角色，是国际渡航许可厅的负责人，对于所有往暗黑大陆的渡航相关事宜特别了解。对于加入的职员认真教导，并认为这新人很有前途。
虽然未列在正式纪录上，他年轻时曾经和比洋德一起到暗黑大陆之后生还。
目前不确定他在这次的渡航中，是否有登上B‧W1号上。
